A patrol of al- Hesba wanders in the city of al- Bo Kamal, and clashes break out in al- Hasakah Province

 

Al- Hasakah Province: Violent clashes took place between IS and YPG in the south and southwest of Ras al- Eyn City and near the town of Tal Hmis in the southeast of al- Qameshli city amid mutual bombardment by the two parties.

 

Reliable sources informed SOHR that a joint patrol of al- Hesbah (Islamic police) consisting of males and females  was seen wandering in the city of al- Bo Kamal, where a female member of the patrol hit a women in al- Nofote market in the city of al- Bo Kamal accusing her that “her dress is legitimate”. The same sources informed SOHR that the members of the patrol informed the owner of stores that sell women goods that there should be a woman selling such goods in these stores.
