10 civilians killed by shelling and air raids carried out on the neighborhood of al- Wa’er

Homs Province: 10 civilians at least killed while others were injured due to shelling and 6 raids carried out on areas in the neighborhood of al- Wa’er. The number of death toll is expected to rise because there are some people who were seriously injured. A fighter from the rebel battalions killed by a sniper shot on the outskirts of the same neighborhood.
