Unknown gunmen assassinate an emir in Islamic State

Reliable sources informed SOHR that unknown gunmen assassinated a Kuwaiti emir in IS organization by opening fire on his car near the garage of al- Jam’eyyat area in the city of al- Bokamal. The sources reported that he is the emir of al Ramadi town located in the countryside of al- Bokamal City in “al- Forat State”.
