Al- Raqqa Province: U.S. and allied warplanes carried out 30 strikes at least on IS positions in al- Foroseyyi area on the northern outskirts of al- Raqqa City and Division 17 in the north of al- Raqqa city, confirmed information reported casualties on IS side.
