IS militants execute 13 men in al- Tabaqa area

Al- Raqqa Province: Reliable sources informed SOHR that IS militanst executed 13 men in al- Tabaqa area on charge of being “sleeper cells working for NDF”, where they were arrested a month ago. Radio communication devices and individual weapons were found with them. Information also reported other executions carried out by IS in al- Baath Dam area against captives from the regime forces.
