ISIS fighters kidnapped yesterday 193 Kurdish citizens at least who are between 17 and 70 years old and from the town of Qbasin in the countryside of Al Bab city in Aleppo, as well as they carried out raids on citizens’ people. Gunshot was heard in an ISIS office in the town with no information about the reason of that shooting.

SOHR has got a footage in the 30th of August, where the footage shows ISIS fighters’ detention of 30 Kurdish people in the town of Qbasin in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. It also shows an ISIS fighter speaking standard Arabic, then speaking Egyptian accent. The spokesman asked the detainees to repent to Allah of belonging to the Kurdish Democratic Union Party because, according to him, they turned back from Islam, after that he read the conditions of repentance:

1- To declare complete repentance of belonging of the Kurdish Democratic Union Party and to deliver the heavy and light weapons as well as personal weapons.

2- It is not allowed for the penitents to join the Kurdish Democratic Union Party, Al Nusayri (Alawi) regime or any party that fight against Allah and his prophet.

3- It is not allowed to join any Islamic battalion or to practice and vital work for one year from the date of repentance.

4- If it is proven the participation of any person with the Kurdish Democratic Union Party or any group that fight against Allah and his prophet, whether it is participation in speech, money, weapon or any kind or shape of loyalty, so he is considered as apostate from Islam.

After that the detainees were gathered in a mosque in the town, then some Islamic books were given to them. The repentance was in public and in the presence of citizens from the town. An ISIS Amir, whose name is Abo Abdulrahman, delivered a speech. What so called “Papers of not stopping the penitents” has been given.

The footage did not show whether the detainees have been released or not.
