Clashes and Bombardment in Aleppo and Damascus

Aleppo province: Islamic fighters took hold of the al-Maytam checkpoint near the air intelligence branch after violent clashes with regular forces, al-Ba’ath battalions and al-Quds al-Filastini briage amid aerial bombardment on the perimeter of the air intelligence branch. A shell fell in the regime-held al-Martini neighbourhood which led to material losses. Regular forces bombarded parts of the al-Intharat neighbourhood. Clashes broke out between regular forces, NDF combatants and Hezbollah fighters from one side and al-Nusra and islamic fighters from the other in the al-Sheikh Najjar area, clashes also broke out between both sides in the al-Majbal area mid aerial bombardment on the perimeter of the Manasher al-Hajar and al-Majbal areas. Islamic fighters launched mortar shells on regime strongholds in the Seif al-Dawla neighbourhood with reports of injuries from both sides. The airforce bombarded parts of the Darat A’zza town with reports that 4 civilians, including 1 child and 1 woman, were injured. The airforce 2 explosive barrels on parts of the A’in al-gal town and carried out an air raid on parts of the al-Atareb town. Clashes broke out between the Kurdish front, rebel fighters and the YPG from one side and the ISIS from the other in the Surrin town. A rocket, thought to be surface-to-surface, fell near the al-Wadihi village. 2 islamic fighters were killed by clashes with regular forces and NDF combatants in the al-A’mriya neighbourhood near the petrol station.
Damascus province: Regular forces renewed bombardment on parts of the Jobar neighbourhood amid clashes between regular forces, Hezbollah fighters and NDF combatants from one side and islamic and rebel fighters from the other in the neighbourhood.
