Clashes in Lattakia countryside and Bombardment on Homs

Homs province: Parts of the Talbisa city were bombarded by regular forces. 1 islamic fighter was killed by clashes with regular forces and pro-regime militants in the al-Jazira al-Sab’a area of al-Wa’er neighbourhood. 8 civilians were killed by an explosion near the Bilal mosque. 1 officer in the political intelligence was killed by a detonated car explosion near a regime checkpoint in the “8th of March” square.
Latakia province: Clashes broke out between regular forces, NDF combatants, non-Syrian pro-regime militants and the “Syrian resistance to liberate the Sanjak of Alexandretta” from one side and al-Nusra front, Junoud al-Sham battalion, Ahrar al-Sham movement, Sham al-Islam movement, Ansar al-Sham movement and islamic fighters in the perimeter of the al-Nab’ein area and the perimeter of the al-Samra village which led to the death of 2 regular soldiers and pro-regime militants with reports of human losses from islamic and al-Nusra fighters. Areas in the Kasab town, its perimeter and other areas in the Salma town of al-Akrad mountain were bombarded by regular forces.
