Hasakah clashes kills 23 fighters
Hasaka province: ISIS regained control on the silos area in Markada, after few days of violent clashes against Jabhat AL-Nusra and Islamic battalions, which were able to take control for 3 days , the clashes led to death of 23 fighters from both sides, most of them are non-Syrian fighters .
