Damascus: A suicide car bomb went off by a regime and pro-regime militia checkpoint in the area between the Tadamun neighbourhood and Bebila town (footage); reports of dead and injured. Clashes took place afterwards between the regime and pro regime forces against the Islamic rebel battalions in the area. The Hefeiriya neighbourhood was bombarded by regime mortar shells, no reports of casualties. 4 mortars were launched into the Zablatani area, ambulances were seen heading to the area; 3 civilians were killed and 30 others injured by the earlier bombardment on the Souq al-Hal area of Zablatani and the Bab Touma neighbourhood.
