Bombing on Der Ezzor
Deir Ezzour province: Trusted sources have confirmed that the Shari’a Council of the Eastern region have issued a decision to take over the Koniko Gas plant, considered the bigges Gas plant in Syria and is responsible for supplying gas to the electricity generators. The sources have informed the SOHR that several rebel factions and Jabhat al-Nusra, all under the Shari’a council jurisdiction, have headed to the Khesham area this morning and clashes have been taking place between them and armed tribesmen who control the plant and the surrounding oil fields; reports of several tribesmen injured.
